From pellet to truck
Five stations on a single pipe. The last one sends part of the material back to the first.
Virgin resin bought on the market and plastic recovered in-house arrive at the hopper of the line.
The pellet is melted, shaped at the die and turned into packaging or a part according to the specification.
Cutting, sealing, printing where required and a size check before the piece moves to stock.
Cargo is palletized and leaves by the company's own road transport for other municipalities, states or countries.
Plastic waste and scrap, bought or returned, is sorted and reprocessed and goes back to station 01.
The company
HASTPLASTIC INDUSTRIA, COMERCIO, IMPORTACAO E EXPORTACAO LTDA is a Brazilian limited liability company formed on 26 August 2022. The Itabuna unit, registered as a branch, sits on Avenida Mario Padre in the Goes Calmon district and is licensed for the six lines of work described above.
The company's name spells out its scope: industry, trade, import and export. In practice that means producing and recovering plastic, selling what comes off the line and carrying the cargo to its destination with the company's own trucks.
