The controller of the data handled through this site is HASTPLASTIC INDUSTRIA, COMERCIO, IMPORTACAO E EXPORTACAO LTDA, Brazilian corporate taxpayer number (CNPJ) 13.992.871/0003-42, with a unit at Av. Mario Padre, 147, Sala 3, Goes Calmon, Itabuna, Bahia, 45605-388, Brazil. The company's main activity is the retail of personal and household goods (CNAE 47.59-8-99); its secondary activities are the manufacture of plastic packaging and parts, the recovery of plastic materials, the wholesale of non-metal waste and road freight.

Data we collect
The site has no sign-up, no restricted area and no database of its own. The only data that can reach the company because of it are:
- What you write. The contact form opens your own e-mail program; your name, e-mail address, subject and message travel through your e-mail account to our inbox without touching any server of ours.
- Technical access logs. The hosting service automatically records the IP address, browser and device type, referring page and date and time of each visit, for security and operation.

What we use it for
Messages we receive are used only to answer what was asked: orders for packaging and parts, offers of plastic waste, freight quotes, press matters or requests about personal data. Technical logs serve to keep the site running and to spot abuse. No data is used for advertising, profiling or sale to third parties.

Who we share it with
Nobody, as a matter of company policy. The exceptions are those the law imposes: the hosting provider and the e-mail provider, which run the infrastructure as processors, and public authorities when there is a legal or court order. The company does not assign, rent or sell personal data.

Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or tracking tools. The typefaces are loaded from an external Google service, which may log the visitor's IP address when it serves the files, under that service's own privacy policy. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies from any source.

How long we keep it
Messages stay in the company's inbox for as long as it takes to deal with the matter and, after that, for whatever period tax, contractual or legal obligations may require. Technical access logs follow the hosting provider's retention period. Once the purpose has ended, the data is deleted or anonymized.

Data subject rights
Under Lei nº 13.709/2018 (Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018), a data subject may at any time request: confirmation that the company processes their data; access to the data; correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data; portability; information about sharing; and withdrawal of consent, where consent is the legal basis. Requests go to the e-mail address in section 11 and receive an answer within 15 business days. If the answer is unsatisfactory, the data subject may complain to the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at gov.br/anpd.

Security
The pages are served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the inbox that receives the messages is restricted to the people who answer for the company. Since the site itself stores nothing, the risk of a leak originating from it is limited to the technical logs kept by the hosting provider.

External links and international transfers
The site may link to third-party pages, which have their own policies and over which the company has no control. The hosting, font and e-mail providers may keep servers outside Brazil; in those cases the transfer goes to providers that adopt safeguards compatible with Brazilian legislation.
